“We enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and check out. Room was spotless. Staff were very responsive and courteous.”

“Room was large and very clean. Like having a separate bedroom from the kitchen and sitting area. View overlooked the courtyard and pool area. Room also had a fireplace, very cozy”

“If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. ”

“The beach view was great. The room was somewhat small. Our friends had a non lake view and it was a much larger room…so keep that in mind when booking! We had 2 kids with us so a bigger room would have been nice. But it you’re alone or a couple traveling, the lake view room would be great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The the hotel shuttle was a big help getting us around so we didn’t have to pay for rides. ”

“Really great hotel with a great location. No restaurant in the hotel but you just needed to walk around the corner for dinner or breakfast. ”

“Hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. Wifi did not work. Plug for the bathtub did not work. People above us were exceptionally load. Also, the bed was very soft on one side and firm on the other side. Very disappointed so that we left 1 day early.”

“Great location and property interior well kept and furnished. Outdoor could use more lighting post. Had encounter with bear in parking lot and was not able to see much of the parking area due to poor lighting. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”
