“Just the pool part”

“Was excited to stay in this place because it had a pool. Upon checking in we were notified that the pool was not in service! My fault I guess I should have asked before booking but nothing stated of their pool not being in service online. Staff was not the friendliest at check in or check out. The sink faucet was so loose not tightened at all, shower felt like you were going to break trying to turn it on.”

“We had an incredible time at the Timber Lodge. Room was spacious and very clean. Access to the shops and restaurants at Heavenly was so convenient. Rob, the activities coordinator, took us on a personal hike through Van Sickle as no one else signed up and we had a wonderful time. All around one of our best experiences staying at a lodge.”

“This was an ok place. It was clean quaint room. the fireplace was a nice touch. Had the bottom floor room so I could hear people walking above me. I also wasn’t fond of the window in the front door which was the only was to get in any light. It was covered by a sheer curtain but you can clearly see in and out. With the bathroom not having a door it’s definitely a little unnerving if someone walks by when you are getting in or out of the shower. I also wasn’t fond of the bathroom being so open...

“Literally minutes from the lake. Easy access to get check in, easy to check out. The room had everything we needed. The fire pit area was really nice in the evening when it was cold. Walking distance to the casinos and restaurants. Super great location. I would stay here again.”

“Perfect hotel to crash for the night, right downtown South Lake and friendly staff. No frills but comfortable bed, fireplace and large jacuzzi tub. Small but reasonably priced and just what we needed for a goods night sleep!”

“We love this hotel! Its not super fancy but, absolutely serves its intended purpose and is clean, comfortable, quiet and is in walking distance of both the lake and downtown excitement! The 3 bed rooms are great for our family at a reasonable price! The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful.”

“We did not like the beds, too high and mattress too soft. No fridge in the room and coffee machine too complicated to operate. Also, the TV remote was not functioning properly.”
