“Check-in was fine. Outside temp was 86 degrees when we arrived. It was hot inside the unit. The listing stated a/c and washer & dryer. The only a/c was a portable a/c unit in the bedroom that was turned off. There was also a suspended power outlet hanging against the fireplace with the TV and Roku plugged into it (not shown in the photos). “My husband and I spent 35 days here with our two small dogs. We had friends fly in and out and overall had an amazing time. A few notes: -Location is excellent. Restaurants, the beach, etc. are all walkable. -Property owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Yes, she lives next door, but we didn't have any issue with this and appreciated her checking in a couple of times throughout our stay. -The house was furnished very well - comfy beds, plenty of places to sit - and the kitchen...
