“Great location and good communication with the owner. Bunk beds didn’t seem sturdy we had the kids sleep on the bottom. Bed room mattresses were very comfortable! ”

Washer and dryer for the guest did not work very well, we ended up spending the rest of our day at a laundrymat to finish tje clothes. Ice machine was also not working. All the employees and manager were exceptionally.nice and helpful”

“Showers were solid. Provided shampoo and body wash powder was horrible- hard to use and lasted 1 day for a 5 day trip Water pressure in 1 was very weak. Heating was good but very drying- need some kind of humidifier Check in experience was terrible. Was given 1 code for 5 apartments. Called and was given additional codes which didn’t work. Eventually worked out that the codes Vacasa had for apartments A-E didn’t correspond to the actual apartments which are numbered 1-5.”

“Check-in was fine. Outside temp was 86 degrees when we arrived. It was hot inside the unit. The listing stated a/c and washer & dryer. The only a/c was a portable a/c unit in the bedroom that was turned off. “If you want to stay somewhere you can find peace this isn’t the place When my wife found someone had left a stain on sheets she asked me to remove them and I had found the mattress cover stained with two pee stains on it and took a picture of it After three days of fighting and noise above us we decided to cut our trip short and go home No one really cleans this place at all. “My husband and I spent 35 days here with our two small dogs. We had friends fly in and out and overall had an amazing time. A few notes: -Location is excellent. Restaurants, the beach, etc. are all walkable. -Property owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with.
