“We had the most incredible experience here!!! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location that is safe and convenient- only about 10 minutes to the Duomo. Our hotel room was clean, spacious, and updated. The hotel amenities were amazing (free water, coffee, and snacks, luggage storage before check in, etc.). I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip!”

“ Bra läge, mer känslan av lägenhet i ett fint hus, inte hotellkänsla. Gullig värdinna som vill väl. Skitjobbiga lakan. Superfint utanför. Parkering svindyr (271 euro för sex nätter), tog extra betalt för cyklar vi hade med. Men jättetrevliga människor och bra service i garagen också. Ingen frukost på hotellet men en fin frukostbar tvärs över torget. Kostnaden för boendet steg därmed väsentligt. Juste men lite opersonligt och trista extrakostnader gjorde boendet dyrt.”

“Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us ”

I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...
