“We arrived later than planned, after contacting reception via intercom, advised which was our room and given code for keysafe, found that ( in the dark on adjacent wall, lighting not good but had phone torch ) and after finding room ( site not that well lit ) we opened the door by key only to find it already occupied !!! Key also rather alarmingly fitted a neighbouring room ( with a very similar room name so in the dark the confusion by the occupier in our room could be forgiven ) and as that...

“Friendly and nice place peaceful at night”

“We had a very nice 3-day stay in one of the cottages. It was very quite, and the beds were very comfortable with an electrical blanket. The cottage was quite well equipped and there was heating. We had a great trip to Doubtful Sound, which the lady at the reception helped us to book. Unfortunately, the weather was quite wet, and the cottage was a bit damp. We asked for an extra change of towels as they did not dry well in the cottage. We went to Te Anau for dinner as the local pub mostly seems...

“Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%”
