“Nos gusto la estancia y atención del lugar muy buena atención del personal siempre atentos a servir, como único comentario que exista una mejor coordinación de los horarios de las cenas para hacer más expedita la buena atención brindada y como sugerencia colocar un elevador al restaurante para no tener que circular por el pasillo del personal de servicio del hotel ”

“This property is very big and the pool area is very nice and you can over see the beach. We like that it was nice and quiet not a lot of ppl. Overall very nice well maintain property. Very secure and well staffed.”

“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”

“It was a great stay, cozy, warm, tasty. The only downside is that they include 15% in every service ( even if you buy a coffee at the counter, a bottle of water or get the food that is already included ( all inclusive) in your package. The more food you eat , the more gratitude you pay. So I started thinking of limiting eating and drinking while being on all inclusive package, as I would end up paying 15% on top of every little thing !!! I guess that is how business work here.
