“I typically book rooms based off of reviews, and this place was rated high. I'm not sure why after our experience. It's a completely no contact check in and out process. We were supposed to be sent instructions prior to arriving, but we were never sent any. We arrived on site and there was no one to talk to. I called the number posted three times.
