“Guest room was in need of upgrade. Sheets were rough, as were the towels. Poor water pressure. Dirty washcloth left from previous guest or cleaner. Restaurant was ok. Waitstaff great. Need more hotel information in the room. At least telling you how to get Restaurant info, possibly menu.”

“The room was quiet, spacious and well maintained. There is a full kitchen in the room. The TV was small and not in a location where you can lie in bed and watch it. The front staff was not very helpful and there is a $12 per night additional parking fee.”

They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us.”

“Horrible bright white lights everywhere, very thin towels and sheets, not enough towels, the cheap toilet paper! Breakfast: minimal selestion and quality. Stair railing to second floor have awkward hand railings. Ckeck in time of 3 pm didn't happen...not able to check in until 5 pm!”

“The hotel was okay as a whole and the courtyard and pool was nice although full of ants. I was bothered by our room. Reserved a room with a balcony which we got but it was full of pine needles and other tree debris. No chairs or anything on the balcony and it faced the freeway and all we got is loud traffic noise. We couldn’t even leave the glass door open due to the noise. The balcony was useless and we heard traffic most the night. Thankful it quieted down somewhat later at night. No provided...
