“Great location to explore the Shenandoah National Forest and Shenandoah Valley for spring break. The size of the house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved their room with twin beds and many games and toys. There was a seat for the baby and a pack and play, as well.Everyone enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and enjoy meals but we were close enough to Luray to go out for any meals we wanted. It was also nice having toiletries...

It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.”

“Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. “We rented this home for four nights, and it was an amazing property with a front view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has both a front and rear yard. Waking up in the morning was beautiful, especially sitting on the front porch watching the farm animals do their daily routines. “The house was very charming and cozy. It met all of our wants (2 bedrooms, king bed in primary, fenced in yard for dog, hot tub & fire pit, close to attractions). The host was very polite and attentive, and gave excellent recommendations for food (which were all in walking distance!). Could use a little more seating in the living room and a few more items in the kitchen (wine glasses, better skillets, sheet pans), but overall the house really has everything you need.
