“We stayed in a junior suite pleasure room, the O-suites. The room was nice overall and loved the mirror over the bed but did our jacuzzi went out the first 3 nights of our 5 day stay. The food wasn’t great and everything tasted as if it was seasoned the same. $15 up charge for room service and the food was horrible. 2-3 hour wait to get in for dinner every night. “Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities. Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva). Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable. If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day.”
