âWe had a really nice stay at Rosalie and the staff were greate. Top cleaned room. The only small minus is that the walls is a bit thin so you overhear connecting rooms.

âWithout a doubt, this is the best option I've chosen for a stay during a trip. The services were excellent, but above all, the friendliness of the host and staff was outstanding.
It's a charming place for families seeking safe accommodation, conveniently located near the metro, and with a restaurant nearby.

âJag fick ett mycket vĂ€nligt bemötande nĂ€r jag kom dit, inga problem alls. Rummet var frĂ€scht och större Ă€n utlovat med stor bred sĂ€ng och franska fönster. Wifi fungerade ok, gick bra att maila och sĂ„ pĂ„ rummet men inte mer. BĂ€ttre tĂ€ckning i receptionen tror jag men jag provade aldrig eftersom behovet aldrig uppstod. Jag tĂ€nker helt klart komma hit igen, vĂ€ldigt nöjd. Inte sĂ„ centralt men ett trevligt omrĂ„de, lugnt men inte dött och bara 50 meter mellan metron och hotellet.â

âVi hade en bra vistelse, trevlig personal, rent rum o stĂ€dning varje dag. SĂ€ngen var rĂ€tt hĂ„rd men helt ok. Litet rum men allt fanns som behövdes. Det var rĂ€tt lyhört pĂ„ rummen o hördes ut. Jag skulle kunna Ă„ka tillbaka. GĂ„ng promenad pĂ„ ca. 10 min till tunnelbanan.â
âThe hotel is very nice, its brand new and not everything is completley finisht yet but it did not disturbd us at al! The staff is very kindly and nice! The only thing that was a little disturbing was that the hotell site offerd a carpark but when we arrived it turned out that they could not offer a parking.. but about 1 km from the hotel we could park du to a cost at 32euro!â

"My stay here was great! Big, clean rooms and facilities and a great atmosphere. Staff and other guests were so nice :D

"Disappointing Stay
We were really looking forward to our stay , but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The shower only had cold water, and the AC didnât work in winter, leaving us freezing until we were finally told about a small heater. The reception felt unwelcoming, and the room was poorly stocked with just one roll of toilet paper. On top of that, the walls were so thin that we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it hard to rest.
Breakfast was especially dishearteningâthere was so little to choose from that toast with butter was the only thing we could eat. We had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but sadly, this was not the case.
We truly hope you take this feedback to heart and make improvements for future guests.

"Don't be fooled by the pictures. The rooms have seen their better days. It's not a 4-star hotel...it's 2,5 stars.
We found a quite big stain of blood on the wall in the toilet (yes, the shower and the toilet are separated). I informed the reception and wanted to change the room but it turned out it was fully booked. Though she promised that manager would be at my door at 9am (which never happened). Then the receptionist came with a sponge to clean the wall...and you'd never gonna believe it, she had no gloves. Just washed the blood off with the sponge and no gloves. So you can think about their cleaning procedures and safety measurements.
Not mentioning the shower...half of the bathroom is flooded after you took shower. And the water is barely warm.
The day after I've told at the reception that the manager had never appeared. And the answer was that I should've come down to reception at 9am. This is how they value guests. I should've searched for them not the opposite. No apologie note, nothing. I've stayed at Novotel in many countries and all of them were the top but this one is the worst.
