“We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much. “probably the best VRBO I’ve stayed at yet. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Owner definitely thinks about everything you may need. The main shower is essentially a spa experience.Grounds are well kept. nice heated pool. Gym has most of what you’d need. Location perfect with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. ”
