“My fee should be refunded because: 1) it is now 7:26 pm TWO DAYS after I was to check in, but I have not received the email indicating how to do so. 2) I called the phone number on the email that expedia sent, only to receive a "not in service" message. 3) I spent about two hours chasing around Tacoma that evening trying to find a Wifi connection so I could communicate; I did go by the purported location twice, rang the door bell several times, with no response. “Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel. What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean. But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”
