"I’ve stayed here many times and the visits have always been pleasant. My room was clean and spacious although the window air-conditioning unit was having a hard time keeping up in the heat wave. Still, I was able to sleep comfortably. Looking forward to my next stay."

Sturbridge Plaza Hotel
"Circumstances were out of everyone’s control and a guest was out of control causing a police situation. It had nothing to do with the hotel staff or facility. It was a bad experience for my stay. The staff did the best they could with the situation."
