“The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.”

“We really wanted to love this place. It wasn’t horrible by any means, it just could be way better with a few improvements. Pros- Host was responsive and prompt in communication. Even allowed us to check in one hour early. Also a perk that we could leave our luggage in the foyer before check in and out time to accommodate our next stop without hauling luggage all over the city. Bed is comfortable. Biggest pro is the location. It is truly in the heart of the city, we were able to walk everywhere....
