“Nice hotel with good location by the Sumida river, just a few kilometers from Tokyo Station, and communications were excellent (200m to Ryogoku station). We had breakfast included which was really good quality though not a huge selection of things. E.g. home made granola and freshly pressed orange juice. Good value for money”

“Good place and good service for most.
I would give a full five but got really disappointed when they refused to receive a package. After 1 h and 30 minutes of conferencing between the delivery driver and lobby staff they agreed. They could handled it better.
The elevators are a nightmare sometimes. Take a while to get up or down because of many people use it the wrong way. ”

“The room had the basic necessities, clean and large for Tokyo.
The front desk helpful and polite and speaking English.
Cleaning crew mindful of our needs and service minded.
Overall a perfect place to stay,extra plus for Limousin buss to both airports in Tokyo stops in front of the hotel. ”

“This place was great for our group of 4 people. The space was clean and only a short walk to the metro station. We made this place our home base for our Tokyo trip and it was very pleasant. They were also able to receive our luggage delivery so that was super helpful. ”
