“This VRBO was beautifully situated on a hill with valley and an ocean view, The room was clean, the host lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! “An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. “Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”

“So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. “We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! ”

“Had an incredible stay in Ojai with my family, our first time visiting this majestic place.Jenny was on top of communication from a week out to the day of arrival and throughout our stay made sure we were comfortable. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds!
