“We absolutely loved our time at the villa! The check in was smooth and easy as Mindy greeted us upon arrival and walked us through what we needed to know. She was very easy to communicate with and immediately responsive. The location is secluded and private. Bed was comfy, shower hot, kitchen had everything we needed. We loved it and would recommend anyone to stay there!”

We appreciated the cleanliness, updated decor, kitchenette, and double sinks in the bathroom. Also the location was ideal - just a few steps from downtown SB, which was great for shopping.”

“Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! ”
