Dear Chris,Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I completely sympathize with your experience while staying at the same time as a Hockey team. Unfortunately we were unable to get security that weekend. The front desk staff try their best to keep the situation under control by calling parents and coaches but as you saw sometimes it gets very difficult. I want to apologize that this was your experience. Also with the Ice machine, we are currently trying to find a different area for it. It's tricky as it needs to be connected to the water line. Again I'm so sorry your stay wasn't very good. We hope you will come again and hopefully we can exceed your expectations and show you how wonderful The Loyalist can be.
