“My husband and I had a beautiful stay in Gertrude for two nights. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is close and convenient to everything you need. The only thing to note is that the only cooking facilities are a small grill and a kettle for tea/coffee. Also a mini fridge. All worked perfectly, but good to know for planning!”

“The home was beautiful, even though it was clean the floor needed to be vacuumed there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and gnats all over the bathroom floor.There were no extra blankets for the pull out couch, so we had to purchase some. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. ”

“From ages 79 to 4 months, every member of our family of 16 really enjoyed their stay. The pool was lovely, although pretty cold. However, the seating around the pool was super comfortable to enjoy the sun. The hot tub was a hit - used multiple times a day by several of us! The refrigerator and freezer capacity was amazing and made it a breeze to stock up on groceries for the week for our army!
