Hotell nära Sun Wheel Ha Long

“Trevligt hotell med fin utsikt ”

“Good service ”

“Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!”

“Very nice ”

“The rooms were a bit noisy (poor sound proofing in the windows) and one room smelled of cigarette smoke (we got a different room) but overall it was good value and friendly staff.”

“This was the cutest little townhome style apartment. Beds were located in the small loft, but were comfortable with nice bedding. Apartment has plenty of seating. Kitchen is minimal and not well equipped, but has a mini fridge. Fresh, unlimited, bottled water is offered, which was a nice surprise. The area is up a steep hill and removed from the main traffic, but it was VERY noisy at night with close neighborhood noises and some VERY loud dance music late into the night (we declined to stay...

“Great hotel. Clean and accessible”

“Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!”

“Overall a good experience and quality. Quite expensive to be Vietnam but it also includes food and activities. We participated in three activities and all places were very crowded. So the activities could have been better but the view from the room is amazing. The service overall is good and the food was tasty.”

“We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly.”

“Great service and nice personal! Just every evening/morning we have same activity which is weird because it's always new people boarding on the boat. And all cruises at Haloonbay has kind of same schedule. So you don't get a better choice than this. At least we got a calm location for kayaking without other tourists around. Also the cave visit is kind of crazy. It's insanely crowded inside. ”

“Mycket fint ”

“The hotel is not amazing but absolutely okey, its close to the cruising pier so the location is good. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff and especially Bac, she was so amazing with handeling some problems that happened during my stay and I´m so greatful for all of her help. ”

“Fin rymlig lägenhet i bra skick. Bra hjälp med bokning av transfer och dagsutflykt. God service av personal vid frukostbuffen som var riklig. Offseason men vi hittade goda lokala vietnamesiska restauranger en bit bort. Disigt väder vid denna årstid, början på maj.”

“Hotellet var helt ok. Enda naktdelen var att det lag ganska langt fran hamnen. Mycket billigt och det ingick frukost.Taxi fran hamnen till stan 10-15 dollar. ”
