âLove this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please!
Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. â

âNot good at service. The room not prepare to be clean. Hotel room is look like motel. Check out is fast but check in is very slow must wait 3 hours to get a room .â
âThe property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. â

âThis is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.â

âProperty is excellent even though it it's quite a distance from the main attractions...the staff are friendly and courteous..one suggestion would be to provide the shuttle service free for hotel guests...â

âThe place is so nice. Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :)
shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also.
the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no...

"Ăverlag en super fin vistelse, mycket fint rum med utsikt över petronas. Ligger perfekt med gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till bĂ„de Suria KLCC och Pavillion. Bukit Bintang. PoolomrĂ„det var ocksĂ„ hĂ€rligt och inte för trĂ„ngt.
Vi lyckades pricka in dagarna dÀr asiens stora konferens hölls samt andra tillstÀllningar vilket gjorde att sÀkerheten var förhöjd och man mÀrkte att personalens fokus lÄg pÄ det. Hade uppskattat information om detta i förvÀg eller Ätminstonde vid check in.
Kontaktlös bestÀllning vid poolen funkade mindre bra och nÄgon dag vÀntade vi 25 minuter för tvÄ drickor. "
