Great property

This property worked great for our group. We went for the shootout weekend to make traveling back and forth on our smaller boat possible and the location was perfect for that. The property management tried hard to find us additional parking for our boat trailer which i appreciate. No complaints about the house. Overall, a great stay.

Better cleaning

There were mice droppings in the kitchen drawers downstairs. I can’t even count on one hand how many spiders we had to kill and on top of all that, my daughter got bit by something while sleeping the second night and we had to take her to an urgent care.

Beautiful Location, Great Dock, responsive Property Manager, Home needs some TLC very uncomfortable

Amazing cove location with great veiws of the main channel. Great dock. Nice deck and patio but could use more seating and table space. The neighborhood even on a holiday weekend was very calm and relaxed . Kitchen has lots of space and everything you might need for your stay. The property manager was very responsive. We had a breaker issue the 1st night and. The manager had some one there and it was fixed early the next day. Bring a computer to hook up to the tvs if you want to be able to stream. Bring your own board and card games. Living room furniture worn out. Very uncomfortable to sit on. It felt like you sunk to the floo on bothe the couch and chair. Lake of seatimg in the living room space. We brought in patio chairs and used them. Bed were all springs and worn out one queen and one that was smaller than a tradition queen and did not work for 2 adults. The 3rd bed room had a decent twin but there was no room to use the pull out trundle. On suite shower was so small a larger adult could not use it. The fake plants were coated in dust.

Relaxing July 2023

Well equipped for a longer stay, we took the month of July in 2023. We had 3 different sets of guests staying us in different weeks, and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Good kitchen, 3 bathrooms, excellent A/C. Do bring your bug spray for the mosquitos, bring your own games and books, bring a laptop to run the TVs, and a blue tooth speaker for music. We left a lot behind to evidence our stay!

Terrible beds

The beds were horrible. It was advertised as 2 queens and a double. A horribly lumpy futon is not a bed. The other two beds were springy and felt like we were on a trampoline. If the bed situation was better, it would have been a good place. Never again.

Cozy house

Nice quiet spot. House just as described. Spacious living room and kitchen . Rooms are small but comfortable. It is difficult to get into 3rd bathroom if Dutton is open. We enjoyed our evenings out on the spacious deck. Deck could use a bit more cleaning since there were spiders everywhere. We had everything we needed in the house . Best was the access to the lake. They were plenty of people on boats and jet skis, which made the water a bit rough, but we still enjoyed the water. We loved the house would definitely say there again.

Enjoyable Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this house and it was exactly as advertised. The property provides excellent views of Lake, good fishing and sufficient amenities. This is a traditional Lake house.

Sunrise Beach

Had a great time! Location is excellent and view amazing. Kitchen we equipped , except Mr. Coffee needs replaced. All Beds not comfortable. We would book again!!!!

Great place!

We had a great stay here! It suited us well and we enjoyed the location! I loved that we had our own private dock and didn't have to share with strangers. We also enjoyed our meals outside on the porch. Just be careful to not fall off! The only problem I thought it would be more inside the cove but was super close to the main channel and resulted in swimming in choppy/rough water. We did stay on a weekend so if you are staying during the week, it would be fine.

Great location, could use some improvement

First the good- location was great, close to the main channel but far enough away that you felt safe swimming. A/C worked well and WiFi was consistent. Gorgeous view of the lake. Beds were horrible - small and uncomfortable; and the third “bedroom “ was minuscule. We didn’t use the futon there because you would not have been able to get to the bathroom with the futon unfolded. House could generally use housekeeping (get rid of dead bugs and vacuum dog hair off futon). Unfortunately the grill was out of propane but the owner did offer to bring a new tank over. The upstairs deck looked quite inviting but the lawn furniture there did not. Be sure to bring your own lawn chairs. Overall, location was great but house is quite small and could use some TLC.

Perfect Lake House

Perfect house for a lake getaway! Clean! Comfy and a great view! We really enjoyed out time. The owner was VERY helpful and SUPER easy to get ahold of!
