The open-plan design combines natural timber, soft greens, and bright whites to create a soothing, effortless vibe. Expansive windows bring the beauty of the outdoors in, while multiple living areas—indoor lounge, games room, salon/workspace, and an enormous undercover deck—ensure there's always a place to connect, relax, or get creative.

Step outside to discover a range of picturesque outdoor spaces. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck with sweeping views over the lush valley below, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets. Monty’s House is just two minutes from the charming township of Montville, where boutique shops, art galleries, and cafes await your exploration. Be sure to visit the local market, held the first Saturday of each month, for a taste of local flavours and treasures.

For nature lovers, the surrounding area is a paradise, with hiking trails and natural beauty in abundance, all within a 10-minute drive. And when you step out of the front door, you're only moments away from the breathtaking Kondalilla Falls.
