âI will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property.
Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.â
âIts the perfect spot to stay in the area! Dont go anywhere else: The most friendly staff, so quiet at night, cute cottage, confy bed, good restaurant that closes quite late and near the canyon. â
âGreat location within easy walking distance of nearly all areas of interest or transportation. Grounds and rooms clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. The only issue was that of the washer/dryer. Not available in the rooms, and only 2 washers and dryers available on the whole property. There was nearly always a line to use them. Inconvenient. â
âThe rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!â

âLodge in a great location but very much over priced compared to other lodges we stayed at this week in Banff/Lake Louise. Itâs outdated and lacks more modern features, e.g. keyless entry (card). Additionally, the TV did not work, the password to the wifi was nowhere to be found, to mention a couple of issues. The beds were great and comfortable but the rest of the interior was outdated and needs an upgrade.â

"Rummet var stort och passade oss med mycket bagage. LÀget var utmÀrkt. Vi hade en vÀldigt trÄkig utsikt. Cafeet pÄ hörnet var perfekt för frukost.
