“Everything was perfect.”

“The facility was poorly laid out. Our room was poorly lit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had a 2 night stay but did not receive housekeeping service. We had to seek additional coffee supplies due to no housekeeping service. There were a lot of attractions within walking distance of hotel. The parking was not convenient to hotel which was across the street. It was difficult to bring our luggage from parking garage to check-in (front desk)”

“I cannot remember when I slept this good the last time. Beds are super comfy and the room was fantastic for that prize. The only bad thing I can say is the woman at the front desk who denied me an early check in without checking if it was possible and she did it in a very cold way.”

“Was a clean place to stay for the night. They had no ice thought and the vanity light was terrible. Not very well lit.”

“Booked through Expedia, had the paperwork and the confirmation and Ho Jo said they had no record. Then wouldn’t engage with Expedia to give Me my money back. Two calls and over an hour Eventually got most of my money back but still have to call back again to get the insurance back. Guessing HoJo got a better offer for the room(s) as there were others affected. Super inconvenient. In town for an event ended up staying an hour away and missed some of the event.”

“Staff is responsive to all requests. The primary lady who runs the hotel is always available.”

“No complaints with this property , bed was very comfortable and room was very clean . Staff at this facility is extremely friendly and helpful, probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far . Will highly recommend this to anyone who wants a clean and quiet place to lay your head .”

“The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”

“The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink.”

“This place was horrible! dirty, no hand soap at the sink, people outside fighting and screaming all night. The bedding had stains all over the place! We puched a chair in front of the door and threw our luggage on top, thats how unsafe we felt! I would NEVER recommend this hotel!”

“A passable place to stay but be warned. Expect a strong dirty feet odor, stained comforter and carpet, and unmopped bathroom. The mattresses are comfortable enough and the sheets were clean. Also the water pressure was good and the shower worked well. So…two stars. Important to note, it got two stars because the woman who checked us in was very pleasant and made for an excellent experience.”

“​This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Appleton. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean throughout. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds were incredibly cozy. ​We loved the complimentary hot breakfast—plenty of great choices for everyone.”
