You will find a grocery store, restaurants and cafes in the center of town Splitska. The nearest beach is approximately 400 meters away and the most popular beach called “Zastup” is 1.2 km away.

The capital city of the island of Brač is the city of Supetar which is the main connection between the island and the mainland. You can find there many shops, restaurants, and cafes and Supetar is only 5 km away from Villa Janie. Dare to visit the most famous resort of Bol and the famous beach called “Zlatni rat”, which are 35 km away, or discover the most famous sandy beach on the island of Brač called “Lovrečina” distant only 8 km from the town of Splitska.

Equipment: swimming pool with a spacious terrace shared by the entire villa, deckchairs and sunshades by the pool, solar shower, grill, parking lot. The apartments are air-conditioned, air conditioning is situated in every room, TV/SAT, WIFI, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Villa is rented in its entirety for one group.

Ground floor – 2x bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet. Kitchen with dining and living area, pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 person with exit to a spacious covered terrace.

1st floor – 1x bedroom with double bed, 1x bedroom with 2x single bed, one bedroom has exit to the balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet. Kitchen with dining and living area, pull-out sofa bed for 1 person with exit to spacious terrace and sea view.

2nd floor – 1x bedroom with double bed, 1x bedroom with 2x single bed, one bedroom has exit to the balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet. Kitchen with dining and living area, pull-out sofa bed for 1 person with exit to spacious terrace and sea view.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
