Welcome to Dreamin' of the Sea! This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is peacefully set back from the road in beautiful Surfside Beach. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space when you are not at the beach or exploring the many attractions the area has to offer. The beach is just 150 yards, or a 1 minute walk, away! Rainy day? No problem, cozy up inside and play the Xbox Series X with game pass (100+ games available). Dreamin' of the Sea can sleep 10 guests and is PET FRIENDLY!

đŸ“· There are two outdoor cameras facing the stairs to the front door and the driveway, there are no indoor cameras or cameras facing sensitive areas including the pool and hot tub

Additional information:
Pool will typically be open from April 1st through November 1st.
Pool heater will be available for a $200 fee per week. Use of the pool heater must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater will not operate if the surrounding air temperature is less than 55 degrees (if the temperature drops below 55 degrees the heater will be shut off).
Hot tub will be open throughout the year.
Check in and check out will be on Saturday in season.
In season reservations must be for a minimum of 7 days.
Off season reservations must be for a minimum of 3 days with flexible check in and check out.
Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Persons making reservations must be 21 years of ago or older and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Dogs are only allowed on the beach before 10AM and after 5PM from May 1st-Labor Day. From Labor Day-April 30th dogs may be on the beach at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on the beach with a leash at most 7 feet in length. Owners must also clean up waste and dispose of it properly.
Please note that during the off-season, it is very common for construction to be occurring in the area. This is beyond our control and no refund will be given.

Note - An additional rental agreement that provides further information regarding house rules and expectations will be sent upon booking for review and signature. Errors in pricing may occur despite every precaution being taken. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

Great Myrtle Beach Trip

We had a really great stay. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the owner was awesome. Everyone loved the pool. The beach was close and the beach supplies really came in handy.

Overall our stay was good. Location was great and house had everything we needed. Pool area could have been a little cleaner when we arrived their was 2 screen doors that were just laying laying on the decks when we arrived.

Sometimes rentals don’t match the description/listing. This one exceeds both. From booking, check-in, comfort, convenience, to communication, the entire experience was perfect. The house is tucked off the quiet side street. But it’s only steps, and a straight walk, to the beach. It’s also close to a great grocery store and some terrific restaurants. The house itself is super-clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. This was an anniversary getaway and we had a truly great time.

Perfect spot for our visit

First trip to this area to visit friends that own there. Great location, very close to walk to beach and to the town. Loved all the fun eating & drinking places. House had great space. Didn't get to use pool due to temps but the hot tub was fantastic. Will visit again.

Great place during off season.

Enjoyable, an easy walk to the beach. Many restaurants to choose from and no wait. Pool snd hot tub heated very nice. Looking forward to going back. We would highly recommend this house.

Great family vacation!

Great house with all the amenities anyone could want at the beach - inside the house as well as pool and beach items! We had a one year old, so the high chair and pack-and-play were a bonus. Close to the beach and lots of places to eat.

Dream Escape

The property is perfect for a family. It has all the amenities a family could need. It even has a dog bed which I wasn’t expecting. My dog loved it. The beach is walking distance and the house had all the beach necessities including the carrier to put all the beach chairs and umbrella. The area is close to restaurants and peaceful. The landlord was always available for questions and would respond immediately. Highly recommend it.

Super Surfside Rental!

We absolutely loved the house! The location and the extras (pool, hot tub, TV streaming apps, start up necessities like TP, garbage bags etc) were PERFECT!. Love Surfside Loved this House

2024 first time staying at this property. We were very impressed. Very Clean. Starter items(toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap)were provided which helped until we were able to get to the store. Family loved the pool. Beach towels and chairs available for use was also a plus! Owner was great to work with and responded very quickly when we needed to reach out. Highly recommend.

Great find!

Great place!

Loved everything about this house, except the pool is not heated-which we did know ahead of time. Had one little issue when we got there, and the owner immediately contacted us and resolved (our issue not a property issue). Just a short stroll to the beach, nice neighborhood, great for bike riding. Beautiful outside patio area. would definitely go again!!

Wonderful Fall Vaca

Lovely home in a private setting but only a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked and has a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. We ran into one snafu during our stay and had to reach out to the owners. They were quick to respond and see that everything was resolved quickly and with minimal disruption to our vacation. We would definitely choose this house again for a Surfside getaway. Even the kids in our group loved the house, the large TV in the bunk room, and the private pool.
