For up to four people longing for a relaxing holiday, the generous 230m² living space offers sufficient space and comfort for family and friends. The charming house features two inviting bedrooms equipped with loving details, a cosy atmosphere and breathtaking views. The open living and kitchen area with the fireplace promises a decelerated gathering in a warming atmosphere. In stark contrast, the large terrace invites you to enjoy fresh mountain air and explore the surrounding nature. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a festive dinner. You will find a gas stove with electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher as well as all necessary crockery and useful cooking utensils including coffee machine and kettle for a successful start to the day - preferably in the first rays of sunshine on the veranda or balcony with a free view to the south of the impressive high valley. Should the stubborn mountain weather not play along, the WiFi connects your cosy hideaway with the big wide world. Travel with full suitcases or just the bare essentials, practical amenities such as a washing machine and dryer make your stay comfortable, as do the carport and two additional outdoor parking spaces. The house, built with love, opens not only the gate to the beauty of the small but well-known mountain village of Riom, but also to the entire Val Surses with its open-minded people, its largest nature park in Switzerland, the widest slopes without density stress, hiking and biking trails and the pioneering Savognin lake.
