“Hotellet levde upp till alla förväntningar, frukosten var helt otrolig, det fanns allt du kan tänka dig, och servicen var på topp. Trots mycket folk fanns det alltid av allt. Även servicen på resten av hotellet var toppen, de var väldigt hjälpsamma och pratade bra engelska! Vi fick även checka in flera timmar innan inchecknings tiden, utan extra avgift eller några problem alls.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at vistana hotel. We spent three nights there and we didn't want to leave. Really nice and comfortable beds with amazing pillows. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Fresh and modern toilets. Location was about 15 minutes from bikut bintang with monorail just in front of the hotel.”

Från bilderna verkar det som att de rum man bokar är på de "nya" hotellet men när jag checka in sa de att min bokning gjorts i den gamla bygga en men att jag kunde få ett rum i nya byggaden fast då utan fönster. Sov där 1 natt till jag talade med manager dagen därpå och krav e det jag betalat för och av det kön bokningsbild bekräftat. Håll uppkik! Super snäll manager! Frukost ytterst tråkigt men riktigt på alternativ, inget dock för veganer än apelsin. ”
