Some examples; dirty towels laying around in all the bathroom floors, wet floor all the time, badly cleaned in general, the chairs in the kitchen were so broken that I did not want to sit on them. “Was ideal for our one night stopover after landing in Perth. Beds were comfy enough, and the kitchen was well equipped (although we didn’t use it). Would recommend for a short stay before heading on to another place. Well connected as within the free transport area.”

“Expected a normal hostel as ratings on hostelworld were high. Nope. Cockroaches in the kitchen, in microwave, behind counters and hatches etc. Staff should do a major effort to clean but they lack knowledge and interest. More drugs here than acceptable. Disgusted.”

“It is a nice hostel, almost brand new and with good vibes. It seems like a big family. The equipment is in good condition and in general it is cleaner and cheaper than other hostels in Perth”

“This place was newly refurbished. It was clean and modern unlike some of the other hostels. Spacious room, not crammed. Other facilities was good. Yellow CAT and Red CAT buses (free shuttle buses every 8 mins and 4 mins) were only 3 mins walk away. Convenient to go into city. Supermarket only 3 mins by walk. ”

“you need to upsate your details got there they never even knew they were onvyour site room usually$75 a night but charged me $69 not $60 as you advertised room old and filthy but was an emergency stay so cant complain”

“I have stayed at Cozzy Stay twice Staff was very nice The other guests were very lazed about cleaning up after themselves Not all, just a few, that spoils the stay for others I have been to many Hostels, Cozzy is up there with some of the good ones. Rooms are of good size I am not sure but all beds seem to be twins, not bunks, a plus for me. Location to food, pubs, museums, bus and rail, excellent. Have been there 15-20 nights, on a few of those nights some rude guests seem to take no notice...

“Beautiful large apartment next to golf courses surrounded by winery’s. The staff are lovely however the cafe could provide higher quality food and they’ve missed a trick not serving local wines. The kangaroos all over the place made it a special place for us to stay.”
