“Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves.”

“We loved everything about The Inn on Mount Desert. The staffers were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was made to order for us. “This property is very accurate from the photos, had a very easy check in process, and was very warm (which is crucial for this last stretch of winter). The living room was a cozy spot to watch some of our favorite movies, as well as a nice kitchen to drink coffee in and talk about the day. As for the bedroom, the bed was comfy and the heater was our best friend, as it never failed to make us warm after we ventured out into the foggy Bar Harbor area. We strongly recommend the Blue Lawb to anyone...

“This was a small room. Fine for one person, but could be a nuisance for a pair if they have significant luggage. The shower is cramped. Easy to get in. I didn't initially realize there were more supplies in the office downstairs (soap, creamer, etc.). There is also a general store & gas less than a mile to the west. The location is a bit further from both Acadia and Bar Harbor than most options, but not significantly so where you'd have to really plan for extra time to get anywhere. The nearby...
