“The attention to detail at the W Hotel is outstanding. The check in staff are very friendly and welcoming, when you call for assistance in your room they are quick to respond and very efficient. The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!”

“Impeccable service - the staff who checked me in actually helped me with my luggage, took me to the room and showed me all the buttons and ways around the room. If you've travelled often enough to Australia, you know this is above and beyond service.
The interior and aesthetics are 10/10 - no notes.
The room amenities and hotel amenities (pool) are just well-thought of. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the hotel and my comfort levels were beyond anything I expected.
