“Mark was before and during the stay very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much as the flat was well equipped. The Wifi could need some upgrade, but that's minor issue. Would always recommend and return.”

“Very convenient and comfortable place if you are after the Bondi Beach. The house is fully equipped. Maybe upgrading on air-conditioner or fan especially during hot weather. ”

“The location in Bondi is really excellent. Apartment is in an old building. No elevator. No AC or central heat, but heaters were available. The apartment was adequately furnished. The plumbing needs a major upgrade. The garage parking was good especially in that area. However smaller cars would be better as the garage is very tight. No view to speak of. Overall a solid no frills unit.”

“Sadly, we had three major issues with amenities while we were there: sewerage block (apparently a building-wide problem), dishwasher not working and air conditioner in the bedroom dripping water onto our heads. However, the interaction with the agent (working on behalf of the owner) was excellent while a couple of these issues were resolved.”

“Location, enough towels, and space. Able to make a nice family dinner and woke up to the cutest Farmers Market on Sat and Sunday. Just a block or row from the beach ! ”
