“Staff was so friendly and lovely, the place was so clean and comfortable with incredible amenities for the price.”

“It was a convenient location and the breakfast they offered was pretty good. They did not always continue to put out some food items that they ran out of before 9:00 a.m. There was a small candy wrapper on the carpet when we checked in which I left to see if they would vacuum. They did not vacuum while we were there but they did clean the bathroom. One day they did not clean the room so I was able to get clean towels that evening for the next morning. “The renovation is very annoying and noisy. Checked in, could not get a nap in to do carpet, stripping and trim work being done in my area of the hotel. In addition, some kind of backup in the plumbing caused a backflow of what I can only describe as something into the sink in the vanity.”

“Large suites beautifully decorated with a timeless classical decor. The interior reminded me of a mini-Gaylord. Extremely relaxing. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant. Make sure you enjoy breakfast including made to order omlets. I will stay there the next time I am in Denver”

“TOILET AND SHOWER WERE OK BUT YOU HAD TO STEP ALL THE WAY INTO THE LITTLE SPACE IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE DOOR. FIRST FLUSH OF THE TOILET WITH NO SOLID STUFF CREATED A STOPPED UP MESS. CALL TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A MAINTENANCE MAN TO FIX WAS ANSWERED WITH "I CAN BRING YOU A PLUNGER BUT WE HAVE NO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ON DUTY" THE PLUNGER ARRIVED AND I CLEARED THE TOILET. ABOUT 10 PM THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. A CALL TO THE FRONT DESK WENT UNANSWERED. A FEW MINUTES LATER A CALL INFORMED...
