“Place was clean and as advertised. One or two people fits comfortably. I really only slept there after spending the days traveling or with my father at River Gardens which was easy walking distance. Great sports/hookah bar, Pizza Joint, sushi spot and taco shoppe nearby. ”

We stayed for a longer visit, so I'd liked to have had more conveniences of home such as better assortment of cookware (no non stick cookware) a blender, some misc storage containers etc. Not expected, so more of a suggestion than anything. The grill and pool patio we had to ourselves every weekend. Great place to chill and watch footbal.”

“My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. “I enjoyed my stay. Place was very clean. The step up at the entry area is fairly high. The rain and the sprinklers make the entry area very wet. The place could use a pizza pan and a cookie sheet. The noise from the next door apartments can be a little irritating. I don't like the TV channel setup. You have tons of channels but I couldn't even get ABC which is where the 3 football games I wanted to watch were being shown! Overall good place. Location is great. I'd say 3.5 overall.”
