“The property was just like the pictures. Neighborhood was quiet. Only stayed one night, but the home provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom could use some blackout curtains. It gets pretty bright in there, but I like a really dark room to sleep so that might just be me. Otherwise our stay was good.”

“The house was clean and everything was well organized and check in was easy! The pictures were inaccurate incenuating that the beach was in the back of the property and it wasn’t! The closest beach is 3 miles away! We enjoyed the stay! Also, there needs to be instructions on how to turn cable on tv! TV had no connection! Other than that our stay was VERY pleasant and nice! House was clean and check in and out was very easy!!”

“We rented this house with our 94 yo father to visit with the grandkids and great grandkids over the holidays. The location was good for the families scattered around Jacksonville and St Augustine. The inside space was great and backyard with heated pool fabulous. All had a great time. We look forward to returning next year. ”

“This property is perfect. Quiet, private. The pool was awesome, used it from morning to evening. The house space is very tidy and clean. Walmart is right around the corner for anything you might need. Tons of good food options nearby. Beach is a short drive away. If i come back to Jacksonville i will be staying here again.”

“We needed something that would be comfortable for a family of four. Something that would be close to the main roads. Saw this listing and it looked very cute. Upon arrival I was a little unsure as the street was tight and the property looked small. I thought we were going to be on top of one another. Was totally not the case. A very nice living room den area a well-pointed kitchen comfortable bedrooms a good AC unit. Very CLEAN and very pleased.”

“This bungalow is adorable and clean! The decor is fresh, but functional. The beds and furniture were upscale and comfy. Plenty of closet space for clothing and other items. We have a small dog so it was wonderful having a fenced in yard. The backyard has pleasant landscaping with nice Adirondack chairs and an easy to use electric grill and outdoor dining table. We were close to lots of grocery stores as well as the Mayo clinic and beach. The adjustable bed was a surpring benefit! Good access to...
