All the houses we’ve stayed at in Carlton Landing have been fantastic, but there were a few extra perks for our family with the Independence House. Its location is perfect for walking everywhere and is facing a big open grassy area where the kiddos had a blast playing football, wiffle ball, and even getting to fly a kite! Outdoor area was a little disappointing in that the back deck was in a state of disrepair with broken, rotted wood on lower back deck. Also several broken boards and a hole in one area of the deck.
