“We always love staying here, easy access with the boats being parked just down the hill. You have a big sand point just outside the cove for the kids to swim and play. The cabins are always clean and have plenty of towels for lake days. What is a big plus they always have ice for purchase so you don’t have to run to town to grab any. ”

The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. ”

“This unit is right on the beach. Not kind of near the beach, but literally on the end of the condo complex that butts up to the dunes. Your view on the balcony is the beach and ocean, with nothing obstructing it. It’s very convenient to the elevators and stairs as well. The unit is equipped fine, although there are no extras like beach towels, toys, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen has everything you need except for paper towels. The appliances need serious updating, but everything else is good...
