It is walkable to downtown, but not if you intend on shopping for larger items.The host was very nice and responded to my request for the wifi password within minutes. “Great little cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for two couples with two beds and baths. Nice walking and biking trails nearby. ”

“I loved this place. It was out of the way while still very close to town for shopping, eating and events. There were plenty of amenities in the house. I cooked several times! Although this was not an issue for me at all, there is a restaurant and bar next door with live entertainment on the weekends and its open until 2:00am, so there was a good bit of noise late into the night. I sat on the porch with coffee and listened to the band, but some people may be put off by the cars and motorcycles...

“This was a good stopping point for us on a long drive and needed to split the driving days up. We were traveling with our dog and he doesn’t do well in hotels because of all the noises and this was great. Very clean and cute. Only AC is a window unit in the living room, so bedroom was warm, but we did find a fan in the bedroom closet and that helped. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the pillows on the bed, but I should have brought my own (I normally do, but had forgot). Overall was a great little...

“You can see the pictures and they reflect accurately where you will be staying. Wonderful property, in a private setting in a nice neighborhood. Great views of the lake with a rustic patio on water's edge. Unique stay for sure if you enjoy a different type of space. We met Rusty and Lilly and the host Jake, and were treated like a member of the family. Would recommend to anyone looking for a secluded, unique stay in the Jackson area.”
