“This property was disappointing and not at all as advertised. Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above.It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park.”

“While the inside of the apartment was clean for the most part, when we went to pull the couch out into a bed, we found an open and used condom wrapper. I had kids with me. It was just completely disgusting. I also didn't feel safe where the complex was located. Especially since I had kids with me.”
