“Very well appointed apartment. Fantastic location right next to light rail trains. In quiet,safe gated complex. Samantha is a delightful host. We will be coming back and hopefully will be able to stay here again. ”

“Property was very close to MD Anderson and very convenient to make appointments without having to fight the Houston traffic. Parking at this unit was also very convenient. Apartment was clean and communication between the property owner was very responsive. Directions to get into the complex and entry to the apartment was very clear and easy. I would stay here again if we need to return for a long period of time for doctor appointments.”

“Location was in a great area, right off Kirby Road near Rice Village. ”

“Nice quiet condo. Being on the ground floor was a big plus. It was easy to get to the medical center on a daily basis. Really have to brag about the app they use to get you oriented. Even has a video to show you how to get to the apartment. Only problem I had was finding the WiFi password. They are on the side of the Frig.”

“The rental looks exactly like the pictures and bigger than we expected. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was about 15 or 20 minutes away from everything we went to including driving downtown to DreamCon. It is located right down the street to NGR stadium and if this place is available we will stay again when we come to see the Texans play. The host responded to all our inquiries promptly and was very gracious to us. ”
