“It is glamping in a Teepee, so keep that in mind. It did get down to 45 when I woke, but they have excellent electric blankets. The units do have some age to them and have some of the zippers coming away from the fabric causing extra gaps. No bugs during my stay in June, so no issues with that. “We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby.”

“Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. They look like they've been updated. The main lobby looks a little dated. Breakfast buffet was nice and provided several options. They do offer valet parking. Self Park is down the hill in a separate lot. There are two heated pool options that are both nice. My family used the Shoshone pool. Unrelated to the hotel directly, there were people drag racing luxury cars in the community so we could hear the noise in the hotel from the drag racing.”

“Great location on the mountain with very nice views of everything. We went the first week of the summer season so it was probably a little quieter than peak season and the staff were just getting into the swing of things, but everyone was very attentive and we enjoyed the amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable and enjoyed having a very well stocked kitchen for cooking our own meals. Full oven/range and dishwasher were nice to have, we were even able to bake banana bread and muffins....
