“Breakfast was meager and disappointing. Waffle machines didn't work correctly. Instead of hot breakfast foods they had "build a breakfast sandwich". The available building components were laughable.”

“The hotel was okay. Unfortunately, when we got to our room we discovered it wasn’t cleaned and ready. The nice lady at the front desk made up for it by upgrading us to a better room, which was appreciated! The bed was a little worn out and the room could have been a little cleaner. But, we would stay there again.”

“The hotel called to tell us we left items in the room and could pick them up. Great!!! When we returned the clerk was rude and didn’t even want to go look in lost and found for the items. I had to insist she go look. ”
