“Great little place we'll out off the way for a quiet long weekend. 35 minutes to either Hillsville or Mount Airey. The pups loved the long walks around the neighborhood and to the creek on the back end of the property. The deer are not intimidated and bountiful. Be vigilant. We go to Hillsville every year. We will definitely stay here again.”

“We loved this cabin near Marion. It’s a short drive away from being right downtown so the location is great. We had some cold weather and it stayed very warm inside. There were meant great items supplied to make us feel right at home and we really enjoyed the rustic decor and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!”

“Very clean, comfortable, quiet - host very communicative. This was exactly what we needed to serve as a landing spot for our weekend visiting Virginia Tech. Truly appreciated all of the little extras - water bottles and fresh eggs in the fridge, USB ports in the outlets, plenty of towels, fresh baked sweet bread treat and a nice note from the owners. Will absolutely look here next time we are coming down to Blacksburg! ”

"Awful in every possible way. Never, ever again. Even if a place is worn down it can be clean, this room was not. Wonder of the sheets had been cleaned between guests. Gap between door and wall. Felt like one of those places in horror movies where only one person comes out alive. But cudos to the photografer who managed to make it look decent. "
