My host Shekhar and his family invited me for breakfast and dinner daily and since I traveled by myself I could learn about Nepal and local culture. Shekhar and his daughter took me around Katmandu to learn about history and tempels. âWe stayed 9 nights at Orchid Home. Orchid Home B&B is quietly located on short distance by bigger road. âExcellent location, well-equipped, and kind, responsive staff. Property is well-constructed and clean, but could use some basic maintenance, like making sure door locks, ACs, and shower heads function well. Had internet, drinking water, well-equipped kitchenette, and all I needed for a very convenient stay in the heart of Jhamsikhel/Pulchowk.â
