“The room we originally booked had a faulty thermostat, so on the second day, the hotel upgraded us from the superior room we booked to a deluxe suite. With two small children, it felt like winning the lottery! The staff was very friendly and service-oriented. The breakfast was of good quality, and the spa was lovely, with children allowed to enjoy it until 3PM. We'll definitely be back when in Malta again! ”

“Loved our stay here. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and very helpful and there are several shops, bakeries and tons of restaurants around the hotel. You also have a free access to drinking water, tea and coffee at the lobby, which we found great, since tap water is not safe to drink in Malta. The only minor complaint we'd have is that our windows were facing the electronic billboard in the area, which has a lot of bright and flashing ads playing 24/7 and the curtains...

“Very helpful receptionists”

“There is no reception but you can contact them through whatsapp for any questions. It is good if you're there for a quick in and out but if you're visiting as a tourist I would not recommend. Luckily I was there for work and just needed a place to stay. Bad; Found some sort of small mice dropping but scoured the room without any luck. AC was not really functional as they've put restrictions on how cold to turn it in the room. Bed was rather hard and not optimal to sleep on. Good; The Balluta...
