There are locks on the bedroom doors for safety, but people could easily enter the property by climbing the fence. ”

“The facility had no running water ,except after midnight. No shower, only a bucket and scoop. No working toilet, no bedding and thin mattresses on wood bed bottoms. No air con. on the upper levels of the place. Not anything I would have wanted to have my family stay at for the seven of us.”
