The location is fabulous- right between Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Great hiking, shops, restaurants, and activities all just a few minutes away. “Lots of space for different couples; nicely stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed; hot tub worked great, quiet, but parking very limited for a large group. Ski shuttle is not very close by - a solid ten minute walk down a hill (in ski boots with gear) and then up the hill after skiing - not ideal. We ended up driving to resort. Easy in and out - will book again in future.”

“Nice house. Just as listed. There was a small issue with the septic system and the property manager had it fixed extremely quick so it didn’t cause us any headache at all. The two king suites upstairs are massive and by far the best rooms if you want to have a quiet room in a house with a ton of people. The garage is gigantic. We will stay here again if we ever come back to winter park.”

“The Lodge was very spacious and clean. It was very quiet and calming. I saw wild turkeys, a Bobcat, small blue birds and rodents in the rocks! We thoroughly enjoyed the large kitchen we cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner!! The beds were comfortable but the tub too small for me, lol. I would definitely come back and bring other friends to enjoy!!”

“This property is super clean, spacious and has everything a family could need from infants to adults. We have a large family eitb severe animal allergies. Finding reasonably priced pet free properties is tricky. This one was fantastic. We enjoyed the amazing views. The kitchen and deck are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The location is close to great outdoor activities. We hiked around Monarch Lake and paddle boarded at Rainbow Bay on Lake Granby. Both were 15 -30 minutes away....

It was also an easy drive to Grand lake and Granby Lake, which we thoroughly enjoyed. House was well stocked and perfect for our family weekend!”

What happens when someone will you want to rent out the entire lodge next year and bring more people. Nick was easy to work with & there is so much room to spread out.”
