“Rented the Presidential Suite since it was claimed as the best room in Branson. No its not. I've stayed at much nicer places for half the $$. Yes, in Branson. I understand they were going for a Tuscan romantic vibe. The furniture was old, the bed looked like a haystack stuffed in a sack. The saving grace was the ornate bathroom, which was very luxurious. The multi head shower did not work. The view from the tenth floor looking over table rock lake was very nice. There was not a full kitchenette...

“After a terrible start at check in, the place was pleasant and peaceful.”

“Very clean and well-maintained! Hailey at the front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in time, and she helped us get into a room early. Their breakfast buffet is delicious--eggs, pancakes, biscuits, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. If I return to Branson, I would stay there again.”

“The place was clean and tidy for an older place, we didn’t realize that it was not going to have any elevator but made due.”

“I highly recommend this for a family with younger kids so you can maximize use of the amenities. The pool is under Construction so we had no use of any of the water features and that’s OK for us, but it was an impact to the property. There’s ongoing construction, but I’m sure it will be better when it’s over in our room and the activity center itself were both better than expected. I would stay here again and recommend it for travelers.”

“Everything was perfect, it is located in a nice kinda secluded area, it really isn't a place to take children. Great for a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.”

“The staff was extremely rude. The TV didn't work. They said the whole area was out. I looked out the window and see Super 8. I called them. They had tv. We went for our 38th Anniversary. There was a lot of teenagers running up and down halls yelling. Will Not be back”

“If you’re looking for a unique, quaint off the beaten path place to stay, this is your spot. Very helpful staff. Room was very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anybody.”

“Breakfast was good. Pool was small and always full of kids. We had to change rooms because everything in our room wet. I assume from humidity. The maintenance man was rude and said nothing was wet even though the bathroom floor was dangerously wet! The new room wasn’t much better and we couldn’t control the air or fan. We won’t stay again.”

“Pros: Location was great! Area in the back by the river was very nice. Great place for relaxing after a long day. Cons: Breakfast was limited and only included cold items. Room was small, dark, and had an odd smell. Bathroom light randomly came on during the night. Lots of wasps around stairs and porch area.”

“Very amazing staff, very accommodating, even after turning our key in let us keep a vehicle on the property all day with a trailer so we could ride our motorcycles for the last day while there. Also had a dessert bar at 10pm when we got there open to all guests then woke up and went to the hall again for a breakfast where everything was clean friendly and hot food..”

“Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children.”

“The hotel is nice for what it is. Definitely needs some things fixed. And the pool steps are very very slippery so enter with caution (I fell). The breakfast was excellent and the location was great too. Was definitely an affordable option for our family. We will probably stay again.”

I also appreciated the location close to the landing, outlet mall, shows and most attractions. The best and most important part of my stay was the wonderful staff. The staff were all very helpful, extremely friendly and seemed to really care about hospitality. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to come back and will.”
