“The apartment I got was nice, clean and in a good location. The building felt safe and you had to have a fob to enter and use the elevator which made me feel secure. The security was nice and helpful and there was a corner store next to it which came in handy. Ocean view was the way to go. There is a restaurant on the top floor with activities such as ziplining. “Avenida Belboa is LOUD. The apartment is lound but you hear traffic up and down all night. The apt was ok. Stove didn’t work, microwave blew out and was not replaced and the water in the shower didn’t get hot. I find the communication could have been better. Response times were a bit slow. I would not stay there again - it’s just too noisy for me and there really is nothing in the area to see. A few restaurants at but that’s it.”
