The beach is very close and it is easy to get into town. Fantastic, and personal service. We highly recommend to stay here during your visit to Puerto Viejo.â

The only negative was that they did not serve any food (except breakfast) and that the roof made a lot of noise when it was raining (there are some kind of plastic protection on the roof of the room which make the rain sound a lot, hard to sleep without earplugs). â

âA clean and nicely kept place located just north of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca 800 m from the amazing black beach. There is a bus stop on the main road halfways to Puerto Viejo but if you travel first time with bus it is easier to jump off in Puerto Viejo and (if you have luggage) to take a taxi or a tuk-tuk which is cheap. The hosts, Umberto and Katie, have No limits in their hospitality and speak excellent english. The bathroom was heated and thus wet clothes and towels dried up which is not...
âsylvia was so accommodating and provided us with very helpful tips for our stay. before arriving she helped recommend and book multiple excursions and tours for us. and anytime we had questions while we were there she answered on whatsapp or in person very quickly. sheâs very kind and el jardin is a lovely quiet and safe little place â

âBeautiful resort style hotel in the middle of the jungle, yet close enough to restaurants in town and the beach.
It has its own private parking lot. Lobby is very nice and sheltered from the rain. Staff communicates everything you need to know and is very friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch.
The pool is beautiful and clean. The bar is spacious and it seems there is something for everyone, even the kiddos.
Our double twin room was spacious and clean. I only wish it had a bedside...
âHad an absolute blast at Playa 506. The location straight on the beach is incredible, both for just going out for a swim but also to watch the incredible sunrises in the morning. The people in the reception are also so helpful and kind. There was a party in Bocos, Panama, the weekend I was staying but the vibe was still cool, the Sunday when people were coming back it became straight away even more social which was a nice way to finish off my stay. The only downer for this place is that thereâs...
âThis property was great secluded enough, but just down the road from all the nightlife in scenery and beaches! Staff was great. Rooms were spread apart. Pool is just enough for a knife. Nice refresher.â
âI spent 1 night and it was fine for me. The room was clean. There is a fan which was good bc I don't like ACs. The mattresses needs updating bc I could feel the coils. The front desk was very nice. The grounds are very clean. â

Our reservation was confirmed with breakfast included but it was according to management a misunderstanding so they refused to serve us. Then they contacted Expedia and confirmed that breakfast was included. We were pleased and had breakfast for 3 days but on the 4th day the manager said it was not included and claimed payment...

"Vi hade en underbar vecka pÄ Banana Azul! Personalen var glad, trevlig och gjorde sitt yttersta för att vÄr vistelse skulle bli sÄ bra som möjligt.
Maten pÄ restaurangen var fantastisk, och frukosten hade tre fasta rÀtter plus dagens specialitet som varierande.
Vi bodde i ett separat litet hus som heter Colibri, och blev först lite tveksamma nÀr det inte fanns a/c i hettan, men takflÀkten och öppet fönster (med inbyggt myggnÀt) gjorde sitt, sÄ vi sov gott med ljudet frÄn havet i bakgrunden.
Vi hade absolut kunnat stanna kvar lÀngre, och rekommenderar absolut ett besök hÀr. "
