“The room we stayed in was very good. It was clean and everything was in working order. The shower was very good. Good water pressure and the shower head was very good. We left for a very early flight and did not have the breakfast. The girl at check-in was very polite and helpful. The girl on Saturday morning, November 15 could take a lesson in customer service. Too interested in her phone to look up when we checked out.”

“Good location near the higway and very easy to park your car just outside the hotel. SMU is nearby and it´s easy to take the car downtown, for example to American Airlines Center. Clean hotel, both in the room, the fitness center and outside by the pool. A bit of noise due to the traffic on the highway, but the location outweights that. ”

Gymmet och träningsmöjligheterna är fantastiska, gymmet öppnar 05 på morgonen med olika pass under dagens lopp. Personalen är mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig och hotellområdet med omgivande parkområde är lugnt och välskött. Frukosten av kontinental karaktär är bra med amerikanska mått.”

“Casa Duro is a gem. This is truly a special place to stay with thoughtful decor and much more space than a typical hotel room. It's in a fabulous neighborhood, parking is easy, and there are a lot of places to explore within walking distance. The next time I travel to Dallas, I'll be rebooking at Casa Duro.”

“Great stay. Got the suite and it was clean and fresh. Staff was super nice and attentive. Coffee may have been brewed a little hot and was bitter but that is very picky. I would stay here 100 more times. ”
